Yoga with Jackie in North London

Antenatal Yoga - from 14 Weeks
Come along on:
Monday at 6.00pm until 7.15pm
and Thursday at 6.30pm until 7.45pm.
Both classes are held at:

Practising yoga during pregnancy can do much to improve and maintain health and well being.
My antenatal classes consist of gentle toning and stretching with
relaxation and breathing techniques to help you through pregnancy and childbirth.
Although I cannot guarantee a quick and easy delivery,
practising yoga will help you to accept whatever happens,
allowing you to release tension and relax so labour can progress without resistance.
Friendly classes and a great way to meet other soon-to-be mums.
Previous experience of yoga is not necessary.
